The probable cause existed for Huttle arrest for an offense. Despite the legal orders, Huttle tried to reach a firearm, representing an imminent threat to the deputy’s safety. In view of these facts, the actions of the deputy were legally justified in accordance with the Indian law. This investigation is now closed and no accusations will be filed.
