The North Bay Police Service arrested five people about drug trafficking and firearms and confiscated over $ 25,000 worth illegal drugs.

As part of an investigation into illegal drug trafficking, at about 8:50 am on February 27, 2025, the members of the Crime Unity of the North Bay Police Street and emergency response team executed a search warrant for a residence in the 2000 Block of Trout Lake Road, North Bay. All five accused were located in the residence and arrested.

· 39 -year -old woman from North Bay, who is accused of:

o four charges of holding a program of program I for the purpose of traffic

an unauthorized possession number of a weapon

o an unauthorized possession number of a firearm

a number of knowledge about the unauthorized possession of a firearm

43 -year -old woman from North Bay, who is accused of:

The accused in this incident was detained in arrest while waiting for a bail hearing at North Bay Courthouse.
