Hicksville, Ohio (WTVG) – a man is experiencing criminal accusations after the police said he drove out of intoxication with a chase with a child in the car.

The Hicksville police said that Nicolas Abenamar Perez Santis, 41, from Harlan Indiana, is accused of danger of the child, resisting the law and operates a vehicle while being intoxicated after the incident just before 1:00 on February 28.

According to the Hicksville police, the officers were requested for a report of a possible drunk driver. A police officer tried to stop the driver for traffic violations on High Street, near Antwerp Drive, but the driver continued. The authorities said the driver continued in Allen Indiana County, where the authorities there took a chase.

The officers held top three times, which perforated three tires, but the driver continued to go. He continued in Harland, Indiana, where the pursuit slowed to only 35 mph, the police said, and the authorities arrested him there. The police said that at that time there were two passengers in the car, and one of them is a minor.

Perez Santis was reserved in the Indiana prison in Allen County for the accusations there, and the prosecutor in Defiance will also consider the accusations in their jurisdiction.
