2025 Top Top Nomination Places Nomination Limit Term

Not everyone is lucky enough to work on an excellent job. If you do it, it is worthy of recognition.

For the 14th year, Oregonia/Oregonlive will honor a remarkable culture at work with Top Workplaces in Oregon and South -Washington’s west. Any organization with 35 or more employees in the region is eligible to compete for a top prize for jobs. Standout companies will be honored in the fall of 2025.

It all starts with a nomination. The deadline for nominations has been extended by April 11th. Anyone can nominate any organization, whether it is public, private, non -profit, a school or even a government agency.

There are no costs of participation. In order to qualify as a job in Oregonia, employees evaluate their jobs using a short 25 questions that last only a few minutes. Companies will be examined by the beginning of May.

Energage, the research partner in Pennsylvania for the project, conducts the top media polls on 65 markets at national level and has examined over 2 million employees at over 8,000 organizations in the last year.

“Winning a top prize of jobs is a distinctive brand of excellence, establishing companies in a recognized way,” said Eric Rubino, CEO Energage. “Top jobs embody the highest standards, and this prize, rooted in the authentic feedback of employees, should be a huge point of pride.”

For the awards of 2024, over 3,600 organizations in Oregon and South -Washington west were invited to investigate their employees. Based on the feedback of the employees, 123 obtained the recognition as a top jobs.
