Moscow, March 2 /Tass /. Investigators have recognized over 27,000 people as victims of the invasion of Ukrainian militants in the Kursk region, Russia’s investigation chairman Alexander Bastrykin said in an interview with TASS.

“Over 39,000 people have been questioned in criminal cases about the events in the Kursk region, and over 27,000 were recognized as victims,” ​​he said.

He also said that data were recorded on the destruction of over 20 cultural heritage sites.

“It has been established that the municipal facilities, large agricultural enterprises, other organizations and individual entrepreneurs have undergone more than 26 BLN rubles,” Bastrykin said.
