Karachi: There were shocking details of the murder case Mustafa Amir, in an investigation report, sheding light on the terrible brutality caused to the victim.

The report, obtained by Geo NewsHe emphasizes how the first suspect Armaghan Qureshi would have tied Mustafa’s hands and feet, dragged him on the stairs on the first floor of his residence and transported him to the trunk of his own car to Hub, where he was set.

The case refers to the victim, a student at the BBA, alleged abduction and murder after disappearing on January 6. The whole saga was held after Armaghan opened the fire on a team of the anti-violent crime cell (stroke)-a specialized Karachi Police unit responsible for approaching the cases related to murder and extortion-during a raid at his residence in Karachi DHA to DHA on February 8.

The body of the deceased – found by the police in a car near the control of the hub on January 12 and buried by the Edhi Foundation on January 16 – was exhumed and subsequently buried by his family following the confirmation of identity in the initial DNA report.

With, Armaghan – who are in police custody together with other suspects Shiraz Bukhari – also suspected of being involved in money laundering and cyber offenses, the Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) handed over the confiscated laptops during the attack (FIA), with the Federal Investigation Agency.

Meanwhile, the authorities have accused him of using earnings from his illegal call center – obtained by fraudulent means – to buy cryptocurrency.

Crime, escape to Islamabad

Confirming the previous police assertion that Armaghan tortured a girl before Mustafa’s alleged crime, the investigation report says that a girl visited the house before the New Year’s Eve – who did not participate in the victim – organized at the residence mentioned by the key suspect.

However, the interaction turned sour and the girl left the house. The next day, Mustafa and Armaghan engaged in a struggle for personal reasons.

Armaghan then invited her girl and her childhood friend Shiraz to her residence on January 5 and subjected the first to torture through an iron rod.

The suspect adds the report, then arranged an online cab for the girl, while guiding it to get the necessary treatment – for her wounds. He also threatened him on the girl, showing him a bullet against the legal action company.

Then Mustafa visited Armagan’s residence on January 6 – on the same day he disappeared – at 21:00.

With the two involved in a heated exchange, Armaghan then hit the victim with an iron rod and dragged him on the stairs with his hands and feet tied -after they hurt him.

The victim was then taken to the hub after being placed in the trunk of his own car – parked at the bungalou.

Armaghan, according to the probe report, also took a gas tank from the bungalo, because Mustafa’s car did not have gas and later used it to turn it on Mustafa’s vehicle and after reaching Hub at 4:30.

The suspect, accompanied by Shriaz, threw the victim’s mobile phone and other objects during the ship.

After setting fire to the vehicle, they both left for Karachi from Hub on foot and even stopped for breakfast at a hotel just to leave him after the owner saw Armaghan in possession of a weapon.

The two, after going for two to three hours, made highways through several vehicles and eventually arrived in Karachi.

Moreover, when they faced Mustafa’s mother, both Armaghan and Shiraz went to Islamabad and returned to Karachi – three days before the police attack – using one of the vehicles of the former Federal capital.

Criminal record

In addition, the list of cases registered against Armaghan obtained by Geo News has revealed that the suspect holds a criminal record with up to 11 cases against him – of which he resolved two of them.

In 2019, a case was registered against him at the Sahil police station for the threat of a citizen, but was later paid after being reached between the parties.

Armaghan also faces a registered case at the Darakhshan Police Section for issuing death and air dismissal threats, while another case was registered at the Gizri Police Section that involved the alleged attack and the deception of a citizen for a self -sale dispute.

Also, a case was submitted to the Darakhshan Police Section for firing at a tank and broke out. However, it was paid after reaching a settlement with the applicant.

The suspect is also accused of threatening a lawyer, a case registered at the police station in the boat basin and was declared an offender proclaimed in the mentioned case.

Moreover, Armaghan also faces a case at the Darakhshan police station for kidnapping Mustafa.

A case regarding a police meeting and the attempted murder was registered against it at the AVCC police station, together with the case regarding the alleged ownership of illegal weapons.

In addition, the suspect also faces two cases regarding the alleged illegal possession of drug trafficking using courier services.

Sources of the court say that the records of the cases registered against the accused will be filed before the court on March 15.

“Pressure to confess”

Separately, during the hearing of Mustafa’s murder case, Shiraz, who is Armagan’s friend and is also suspicious, claimed to have been pressurized to confess.

“I was told that if I received a smaller sentence if I confess,” Shiraz said as he noticed that he was an eyewitness of Mustafa’s killing and that Armaghan killed him in front of him.

“I couldn’t do anything,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Court, while the officer’s request for investigation (IO) of registering Shiraz’s confession has guided the police to produce him in front of the relevant anti-terrorist Court.
