Ex-conscientious Omar Torres set for preliminary hearings

San Jose – Omar Torres, the former counselor of the city who gave up last fall after it was accused of sexual abuse of a minor relative In the 90’s, the officially guilty of Monday, a key hearing for the end of next month, will decide if he will go to the trial.
