Processing process for Waco, Texas man in sexual adolescent family sexual abuse

Waco, Texas (Kwtx) – It is expected that the testimony will continue on Tuesday in the process of a Waco man accused of sexual abuse of a teenage family.

Reynaldo Antonio Sanchez, 38, is in the trial in the Waco State District Court, on a continuous sexual abuse of an accusation for children, a 1st degree offense of up to 25 years in prison, without any conditional conditional without conditional freedom.

Dr. Soo Battle, medical advisor to the Advocacy Center for Criminal Victims and Children, opened the testimony of criminal prosecution on Monday.

Sanchez, who is represented by lawyer Darren obenoskey, is accused of sexual abuse of a 13 -year -old family friend, from January 12, 2016, until August 30, 2016.

According to the judicial documents, the adolescent uncle asked him in August 2016 “if there is a sexual relationship” between her and Sanchez. She said yes, and the family reported to the Waco Police.

The girl’s mother told her she would take her to the doctor the same day, and the girl also said to her mother that Sanchez had sexually abused, according to the arrest records. Sanchez told the family that he would go to the store and take the girl with him. However, he would have taken it to his apartment and agreed it, the documents submitted support.

“The child told his mother that the first time that the defendant initiated her, was scared and told her no,” according to the arrest documents. “After that, the defendant threatened it and presented these statements to his mother.”

Prosecutors Tara Avants and Jessica Washington will continue to call for criminal prosecution when the trial resumes Tuesday morning.
