Kalmar publishes annual report 2024 and financial statements

The annual report of Kalmar 2024 and the financial statements for the financial year January 1-December 2024 were published in English and Finnish.

The annual report 2024 includes the financial statements, the report of the board of directors, the corporate governance declaration and the remuneration report. The annual report also includes the declaration of sustainability, which has been compiled according to the Directive on reporting corporate sustainability (CSRD), as part of the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the European requirements for reporting the unique electronic format (ESFF), Kalmar publishes the Board of Directors and the Financial Statement as a file XHTML, which is the official version of the financial review of Kalmar 2024. The authorized public accountant, Ernst & Young Oy, provided a reasonable report on an independent auditor consolidated by Kalmar Essf. The reasonable insurance commitment was carried out in accordance with the international standard for insurance commitments (ISAE) 3000. The XHTML file is available in Finnish.

Together with the annual report, Kalmar also publishes the gray index for 2024 in English. All materials are available on the company’s website at www.kalmarglobal.comand as attachments to this version.
