Dolton, ill. (WLS) – With Mayor Dolton, Tiffany Henyard, absent, the Village Council has taken measures to approve several collective negotiation agreements, as well as tens of thousands of dollars in payments.

The Board of Directors also eliminated the path to approve a liquor license for a Dolton bar at almost a year after the owner sued the village, supporting in a federal process that Henyard refused to renew the license after refusing to award a campaign contribution.

The administrators also approved a solution of $ 35,000 for a former village worker who claimed in a process that she was fired because she refused to do campaign works. The remaining messages for Henyard’s lawyer requesting comments on this solution and have not been returned.
