A man was brutally killed in Machakos County.

Patrick Lobolia, the police commander in Machakos County, said the man was killed by suspects during a robbery with incident of violence at Kima Kimwe, in Subcount Machakos on Tuesday.

The issue was reported to the Machakos Police Section by a local administrator.

“The administrator reported that there was a robbery with an incident of violence in his jurisdiction area. The police officers led by the criminal investigation officer in Subcounty, and OCS Machakos visited the scene in which they found the corpse of a single ITULA MBithi, 34 years old, stretched on the ground,” Lobia said.

He said the body has deep cuts on the back of the head and the left ear.

“It was established that the deceased was a guard at a dry and dry cleaning store, opposite Muthini Primary School, and reported that he worked on Monday at 6.30 pm.

The body was discovered lying on the spot by the owner of the store, urging him to report to the mentioned administrator, who, in turn, reported to the police.

“Around 7.00, the owner found the deceased extended outside the store in a blood pool. He said that his store was broken and SH58,000 money, along with matched clothes and footwear, with a value yet stolen,” Lobolia said.
