Held accused of attempted homicide issued accidentally from prison

The authorities in the western Pennsylvania are looking for a man who was accidentally released from prison in Washington County in December.

Samuel Valle, 20 years old, from Monessen, who was accused of attempted homicide and other crimes, failed to appear for a court hearing last week, according to WPXI and Wtae.

Only during this hearing, only Washington’s district lawyer said he learned that Valle was released from December 4 last year.

The police said Valle shot a man in September 2023, after a house party and a weapon at a house in Charleroi. He has criminal records in Washington and Westmoreland counties, including theft, WPXI informed.

It is not clear why Valle was released. A mandate was issued for his arrest. Is considered armed and dangerous.
