Indian coastal guard (ICG) has launched the result for recruiting the assistant commander – Duty General, Technical (Engineering and Electrical/Electronic) Stage 1 for lot 2026. Eligible candidates can verify the result through the official site Join -vădiancoastGard.cdac.in.

This recruitment unit aims to hire for 140 posts.

Selection process

The selection of the assistant commanders will be based on the common admission test from the Coast Guard, the Preliminary Selection Council, the final selection council, medical examination and induction. The last induction date at Ina will be tempted on December 27, 2025. The exact date will be mentioned in the appointment letter. Another induction will not be undertaken after December 31, 2025, under no circumstances.
