The National Republic Distribution Company greets Renato Razon as a new Chro to model the culture at dynamic and aim -based work

March 4, 2025 (Atlanta, Ga) – The National Distribution Company of the Republic (RNDC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Renato Razon as a new head of human resources (CHRO), starting with February 17, 2025. Renato brings over 20 years of management experience in the field of human resources and a proven historian of encouraging positive cultures at work.

Renato has previously held the position of senior vice president of HR business partners and COX Automotive employment practices, where he led a diverse team of human resources, land and business partners. In this role, he collaborated with the executive team to define and execute strategies of people who led the organizational success.

Renato’s career benchmarks also include his Chro mandate at Mercedes-Benz US, where he has supervised all the functions of human resources, including operations, talented acquisition, organizational efficacy, employee involvement, compensation, benefits and diversity and inclusion. And the career with the Daimler AG family started in 1998, working in various human resources management roles in compensation, recruitment and human resources operations.

Renato is known for his inclusive and innovative leadership style and has a proven track record of encouraging positive crops at work. Its vision for HR in RNDC is to create a dynamic and inclusive job in which every team member feels appreciated and empowered.
