Third annual rolling year of Eva Strong memorial for this month

Uvalde, Texas – Runners and walks are about to hit the sidewalk this month in Uvalde and Uvalde county in honor of Eva Mireres.

The third annual Memorial Eva Strong will start at 8 in the morning on March 15th.

Mireres was one of the two teachers killed at Robb Elementary on May 24, 2022. Nineteen students were also killed.

In Uvalde, participants can Sign up For a 5K, 10K running or a walk of a mile length.

Participants who cannot be in Uvalde for running can register for a virtual running of 10K or miles.
