MPs: Two men accused of robbery in Henrietta, ask for help in search of the third suspect

Henrietta, NY – The Sheriff’s Office in Monroe County said they arrested two out of three suspects in connection with a theft related to a target in Henrietta that led to a police pursuit And you need help to identify the third suspect.

According to deputies, the two suspects, Clem Long, 22 years old and Lavell Harris, 40, filled a shopping cart with goods at a target and tried to leave the store without paying.

An employee grabbed the stroller to try to stop the theft, but one of the suspects removed the shopping cart from the employee’s hands, while the other threw the employee on a wall, deputies said.

Long and Harris, along with a third suspect, fled from the scene to a SUV, leading deputies to the city of Rochester, where Long and Harris were arrested after they refused to shoot, according to the deputies.

Long and Harris were accused of the following:

  • Robbery in the second degree.
  • Grand Larceny in the fourth degree.
  • Illegal railing of a police officer.

In addition, he was charged in addition to an aggravated operation without a license in the third degree.

Long and Harris were notified in the court of Town Henrietta. Long was withdrawn to the prison in Monroe County, on cash bail of $ 5,000, or $ 10,000. Harris was launched on preventive services.
