Elliston Berry, 15 years old, tells horror porn deepfake at Trump’s speech at Congress

During his common address to Congress, US President Donald Trump recognized Elliston Berry, a teenager who became a victim of a deep pornography scandal after a classmate created a photo with her, without using AI.

Trump praised Berry for her courage to speak, mentioning that Advocacy played a key role in helping the Senate to pass the act of taking it, which aims to approach the increasing problem of the illicit depth content.

Berry’s quality started when a classmate took a photo from her Instagram account and used artificial intelligence to create a Deepfake that made it appear as if it were naked. The modified image was then conveyed on Snapchat.

The increase in Deepfake content was amazing, with a 460% increase in Deepfake pornographic videos in 2024, exceeding 21,000 cases in a dramatic increase compared to the previous year.

In his first public engagement Solo since his return to the White House, the first Mrs. Melania Trump held the Take It Down act, appearing on a round table discussion on Capitol Hill. The draft law aims to criminalize the publication of non -sensitive sexual images, which is often created using cheap tools.

“In today’s world, based on AI, privacy violations are a serious and growing threat,” Melania told the panel, located along with two teenage victims of Deepfake.

She called the impact on young victims, especially adolescence, “tearing”, emphasizing the urgency of approaching the problem to create a safer digital space.

“I hope today’s discussion increases awareness about the devastating effects of unconstitutional intimate images and will finally lead to the pass down act in Congress,” she added.

Introduced by Senator Ted Cruz from Texas, The Take It Down Act stipulates that socializing platforms and web sites promptly eliminate the explicitly unconsensible content, including the pornography generated by AI, to the notification of victims.

While the draft law has eliminated the US Senate, it continues to wait for approval in the Chamber of Representatives before becoming law.
