He also confirmed that Marijuana was delivered to him, but refused to reveal to whom. The chosen Meinberg recognized the knowledge about marijuana, but denied the awareness of other drugs in the house. He also acknowledged that he owns a medical marijuana card, but said he had expired. Sandhurst, while recognizing the presence of marijuana, denied to provide minors since stopping traffic.

All three defendants had the initial appearance on February 18 and are expected in court on March 10.
