Spanish prosecutors demand the process of forced kissing Rubiales to be re-scared | Football news

The prosecutors question the judge’s impartiality in saving Rabailes’ prison time over his forced kiss on footballer Hermoso.

Spanish prosecutors have requested that the trial of the former head of the Football Federation, Luis Rubiales, for his forced kiss Jenni Hermoso to be canceled and re-overly, questioning the judge’s impartiality.

The request, on Thursday, comes after last month the Criminal Court of Spain found Rubiales guilty of sexual assault for kiss, which took place after the football team of women in Spain won the World Cup and fined 10,800 euros (11,370 dollars), exempting them in a sentence.

The conviction has decreased greatly from the requirements of the prosecutors, who were looking for a total of two and a half years in prison for Rubiales, one year for sexual aggression and 18 months because they were forced Hermoso to reduce the kiss.

Hermoso attracts the sentence, who also cleaned Rubiales and three other defendants.

The prosecutors stated in a statement that they appealed to the sentence and requested that the trial be declared null and “held again by another judge who is not tanned, to say the least, through a prejudice.”

They said that Judge Jose Manuel Fernandez-Pieto “unjustified” prevented the prosecutor in the trial, Marta Durantz, to ask certain questions and to ignore some of the evidence. They also quoted the “arbitrator” of the sentence.

Fernandez-Pieto drew attention during the process for his gross attitude, frequently interrupting and arguing.

The realization broke out of kiss while Hermoso climbed to receive the winner’s medal, after Spain defeated England in the World Cup final of 2023, in Sydney, forced Rubiales to give up his post in disgrace and sank the football federation in a period.

The process captivated Spain and made Hermoso an icon of the struggle against sexism and culture in sport.
