New Delhi: After almost five years, Ram Ashish Mukhiya, the main main main behind a series of high profile robberies, was arrested. The 36 -year -old, who led a national network of domestic workers involved in Lakhs, was caught by the Delhi police crime branch.

Mukhiya has been arrested several times in the past, but has constantly managed to provide the bail and evade the authorities. His last major crime was in 2019, when he orchestrated a theft in the luxury area Banjara Hills in Hyderabad.

Criminal journey and burglary tactics

Mukhiya’s criminal activities date from 2014, when she hired two men to rob a house in Rohini. In the same year, his gang was a residence in Gurgaon, where one of his associates was employed as internal aid. Gang robbed about $ 1 in cash in the house.

Two years later, Mukhiya executed another robbery in the Rajuri garden in Delhi. He placed two of the members of his band as domestic workers in a household and hit when the family was at dinner. Gang escaped with jewelry and cash worth $ 25-30 Lakh.

Extending its operations beyond Delhi, Mukhiya targeted a house in Mambalaam in Chennai in 2017, stealing valuables worth $ 40-50 Lakh. Although he was arrested in this case and sent to Tihar prison, he provided the bail and resumed the criminal activities.

In 2019, Mukhiya and his accomplices hit again in the Banjara hills in Hyderabad, eliminating jewelry and cash worth 1 lei. However, he was arrested and awarded bail in 2020. Ignoring the court citation, he disappeared once again, remaining at sea until his recent capture.

From small jobs to organized crime

Earlier, Mukhiya was a caretaker at a coach institute in Mumbai, spent six months at a Munirka call center, and later worked for a well -known food chain in Vasant Kunj. However, he eventually formed a network of domestic workers who performed robberies under his instructions.

With its arrest, the police hope to dismantle their gang and prevent other incidents of robberies organized at home.
