British yard finds Chinese doctorate guilty of drugs, raping 10 women in London and China

Zou, who also used the name Pakho Online, became friends with colleagues of Chinese heritage students on Wechat and meeting applications before inviting for drinks and medical for his apartments in London or in a unknown location in China.

The UK metropolitan police said that Zou’s house was sought after a woman came to report.

Police found butanediol and ketamine drugs, as well as a number of hidden cameras. They confiscated laptops and mobile phones, which helped to discover the stairs of Zou.

Officers downloaded 6.5 terabyte data from devices, including hundreds of videos and about nine million Wechat messages.

“He did everything he can in these crimes to incapate his victims to the point where they could not resist his attack and, in many cases, he may not even remember what happened to them,” said the Metropolitan Police commander, Kevin Southworth.

The Metropolitan Police said she was assisted by the Chinese Ministry of Public Security, which contributed to facilitating a victim who survives that gives evidence against Zou.

Southworth thanked the two women who testified against “very cowardly and cheating” Zou and said that there is evidence that “they could have potentially attacking 50 other women in the same terrible nature.”

The Metropolitan Police appeal to anyone who thinks they were targeted by Zou to contact the force.

During the trial, an appeal to the police from one of the women led to questions regarding the quality of the interpreter made available.

“It is a severe regret problem, that victims have not necessarily achieved the best translation at the time,” Southworth added.
