What do we know:

Worthy was arrested on Friday and accused of aggression against a family or household member by preventing breathing or circulation, according to online judicial documents.

What do they say:

Worthy, Chip Lewis and Sam Bassett’s lawyers launched a statement to Fox 7 shortly after their client’s arrest.

“We are aware of the statement that led to the arrest of Mr. Worty. We work with law enforcement in Williamson County to ensure that they have the benefit of the circumstances that led to this statement.

The applicant has been requested several times in the last two weeks to leave Mr. Worthy’s residence in the discovery of his infidelity, of which a private investigator has video evidence. She refused to leave the residence and made a series of extensive efforts before resorting to this accusation against Mr. Worthy. The applicant continued to destroy a room in residence, scratched Mr. Worthy’s face, and snatched parts of his hair, on which there is photographic evidence. Mr. Worthy told law enforcement at the time of the incident that he did not want to press charges against the applicant.

We will continue to cooperate with Williamson County authorities, because we have full faith their thorough investigation will support Mr. Worthy’s innocence. “

Before updating about the accusations, the bosses said in a statement for Fox News Digital, “we are aware and collect information.”

What we don’t know:

Information about what determined to be accused first and foremost and the decision to reject these accusations were not issued.

This is a developing story. Return with Fox 7 Austin for more information.
