“We are aware of the statement that led to the arrest of Mr. Worty. We work with law enforcement in Williamson County to ensure that they have the benefit of the circumstances that led to this statement.

The applicant has been requested several times in the last two weeks to leave Mr. Worthy’s residence in the discovery of his infidelity, of which a private investigator has video evidence.
