Buying the shares of class B in Esy in week 10, 2025

Stockholm, March 10, 2025 / Prnewswire / – Between March 3, 2025 and March 7, 2025, Essey Aktiebolag (PUBL) purchased a total of 270,000 B -class shares b (ISIN: SE0009922164) Within the framework of the redemption program, solved by the Board of Directors.

The acquisition of shares is part of the SEK 3BN redemption program announced by Essey on June 17, 2024. The redemption program will extend from June 17, 2024, until the annual General Assembly of 2025 and will be implemented in accordance with the EU (MAR) market abuse regulation and the delegated regulation of the European Commission 2016/1052).

The redemption of the shares is financed using the cash flow from the current operations after the ordinary dividend to continue with the reimbursements of action over time, as a recurring part of the ESSITY capital allocation.

Actions in class B in Esity were purchased as follows:

All purchases were made on Nasdaq Stockholm by Danske Bank in the name of esteem. Following the above acquisitions, the holding of the Essity treasury was lifted on March 7, 2025, to 9,882,000 shares of class B. The total number of shares was essentially raised on the date of this press release to 702,342,489, of which 58,973,654 Actions of class A and 643.368.835 Class B.
