The Rochester man accused of dissemination, holding of sexual abuse for children – post -bulitin bulletin

Rochester – a man in Rochester has been accused of disseminating and has sexual abuse of children. He was arrested on Monday.

Wolf Brian Parsons, 37, was accused on Tuesday, March 11, at the Olmsted County District Court, with a number of crimes, each for disseminating and holding the CSAM.

According to the criminal complaint, the Rochester Police Department received Cybertips on February 18 on a picture and two Videos of the suspect CSAM found on Skype.

The law enforcement has found that the IP address belonged to Parsons. The police executed a search warrant on Friday, March 7, for Parsons and Rochester’s residence. The complaint said that Parsons refused to provide the police his phone crossing code, but a witness later said that Parsons’s law enforcement and computer crossing codes.

The officers found “numerous” sexual images of children on Parsons’s phone. His Skype account has shown that Parsons has uploaded a picture and video containing CSAM on Friday, March 7th. He has previously uploaded a video containing CSAM on February 22, shows in the complaint.

Parsons was previously a pastor with the Minnesota district of Evangelical Wisconsin Lutheran Synod. And he resigned in 2023.
