The 61 -year -old Cleveland man advances guilty for several sexual offenses

Cleveland, Ohio (Woio) -David P. Greek in Cleveland, was guilty of leaving more than 400 miles on the state lines to get involved in an illicit sexual conduct, exploiting children, to transport visual representations of minors employed in sexual explicit conduct and for infantile pornography.

According to judicial documents, in February 2024, Greek began to communicate with a 14 -year -old victim living in Jefferson County, New York, on Snapchat.

After discussing the application function of the application for several weeks, the defendant led from his house from Cleveland to New York and raised the victim from home on April 20.

He took him to a hotel where he held it for two days, while he abused violently and sexually, which he recorded on a digital device.

Greek led on the state lines in Ohio to New York on May 11, to be engaged again in an illicit sexual behavior with the same victim.

He made videos and photos of the victim he sent later.

During a search warrant of Cleveland’s House, investigators obtained several electronic devices that were shown to contain child pornography, including a mobile phone with over 100 images of the victim, as well as with the defendant.

In addition, 14 sexually explicit sex files of the victim were found in his cloud storage account.

The sentence was scheduled for June 23.

Greek is facing a maximum of 180 years combined.

The investigation was conducted by the Cleveland office from US and Customs Immigration, with assistance from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s office (New York), the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Ohio Internet crimes against the children’s workshop.
