Foresight Group Holdings Limited (“Foresight”, “Group”), a leading investment manager in real assets and offering capital for growth, announces that, in accordance with the conditions of his redemption program announced on October 27, 2023 and extended on June 27, 2024, December 09, 2024, on December 28, 2025 The group purchased the next group of its usual number of ordinary “redemption action”). Once established, the purchased shares will be held by the treasury group, which means they will not have voting rights while they are held in the treasury. Including the acquisition above, the total of the shares purchased within the redemption program amounts to 3,618,715 of which 1,391,739 were transferred from the treasury.

As a result, the total voting rights of the group will be 114,120.827, while the ordinary share capital issued by the group is 116,347,803 of which 2,226,976 continues to be held in the treasury. This figure for the total number of voting rights can be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will be asked to notify their interest in the group in accordance with the FCA’s orientation and transparency rules.

In accordance with Article 5 (1) (b) of the version of the Regulation in the United Kingdom (EU) no. 596/2014, which is part of the law of the United Kingdom, by virtue of the 2018 law of the European Union (withdrawal), the table below contains detailed information about the individual transactions made by Deutsche Numis as part of the reimbursement of actions.
