5 robbery suspects cloudy; Stolen items recovered

Five people who would have robbed a store in Claver, Surigao del Norte and transported several gadgets were arrested in Camarines Northeas on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

According to the Provincial Office of the Surigao del Norte (PPO) provincial office, the authorities intercepted the suspect’s getaway vehicle after being monitored to entered Region 8 in Region 5 and Region 4A.

The suspects were identified as a 37 -year -old woman and a 45 -year -old man from Subic, Zambales; And three other men aged 24, 22 and 21 years old from Baliuag, Bulacan.

The police also learned that one of the suspects has an arrest warrant for Carnapping.

Authorities have recovered from suspicious stolen elements, including 10 laptop computers; six mobile phones; an Internet router; computerized accessories; and assorted PNP uniforms.

“This successful operation highlights the strong coordination between the police units in different regions and the provinces in the prosecution of the criminals and bringing them to the support. The support police remains committed to maintain peace and order, ensuring that the criminal elements will not find any safe refuge in the country,” said Surgao. Warren Dablo.
