Savannah, Ga. (AP) – The judgments say that a passenger with a small regional flight to Miami attacked a flight attendant, kicked and hit the person’s seat in front of him and swallowed the rosary beads while the pilots returned to Savannah airport, Georgia.

The passenger was traveling with his sister, who said that her brother told her before the violent outburst to “close her eyes and pray because Satan’s disciple followed him on the plane,” the statement said on the US district court on Tuesday.

No one was seriously injured on Monday night’s flight, operated by Envoy Air, a regional carrier for the American Airlines. The 31 -year -old passenger was closed under charges, including offense battery, police obstruction and a number of criminal material damages.

Agent FBI, Savannah Solomon, described the violent episode of her statement, saying that there is a probable cause to accuse the man with a federal crime to interfere with a flight crew.

Solomon wrote that eight passengers were on the plane, and the flight attendants were concerned immediately after take -off, when they noticed that one of them seemed to have an “epilepsy match” that included “stomach, incoherent shouting and shaking.”

When a flight attendant approached the man, he returned to his chair and hit the companion in his chest, sending the worker flying in a window along the aisle, the agent wrote. Then the passenger began to hit and hit the person’s seat in front of him, who moved before the back of the chair collapsed.

The pilots returned to Savannah airport. After the plane landed, the man who hit the flight attendant charged for the exit and threw fists at another flight attendant before being subjected by other passengers, says the statement.

He was caught by the airport police and taken to a local hospital for “Ingestion of Rosariu beads”, says the statement. Then the passenger was booked in the prison in Chatham County.

Federal judicial records and online prison records did not list a lawyer for the arrested passenger.

His sister told the FBI agent that they travel to Haiti “to flee religious attacks of a spiritual nature.” According to the statement, the woman said that her brother “swallowed the beads of rosary because I am a weapon of force in the spiritual war.”

The woman told the agent that her brother is not suffering from mental health or medical problems.
