Fort Madison’s man accused of detention of drugs of crime

Lee County, Iowa (KWQC) – a man from Fort Madison is accused of drug and offenses after a traffic stop.

According to the work group of narcotics in Lee County, Allen William Penrod, 28, is accused of holding over five grams of methamphetamine with the intention of delivering, a class B crime.

Officials said Penrod is also accused of violating the drug tax stamp in Iowa, a class D crime and the possession of marijuana, a serious crime.

The Fort Madison Police Department was led by the Fort Madison police department, and Penrod has proven to have drugs in his possession, officials said.
