Officials suspend the missing man’s search from Hart County

Munfordville, Ky. (WBKO) – The Emergency Management of Hart County has suspended the search for a missing man.

On March 11, officials announced that he was looking for Eli Miller, 50 years old, who was last seen in Munfordville on Sunday, March 9th.

In the last three days, officials and 524 seekers have been involved in the search effort. Together, they covered 10,167 sour and 15.89 square miles.

In a Facebook post, the emergency leadership of Hart county has announced that it suspends the search for the man because of the lack of new opportunities.

In a Facebook post, the Agency wrote: “We are deeply grateful to each individual who contributed to this effort – either on the ground, offering resources or supporting from afar. Your inconvenience and commitment embodies the power of our community and we cannot thank you enough. Please know that this decision has not been made easily and reflects the reality of our current situation. While active ground search efforts, the case remains open and we remain employed to follow any new information. “
