Former PSU basketball player is submitting the team dismissal, allegedly disagreement

A former member of the men’s basketball team Penn State filed a federal process, claiming that he was the victim of intimidating and slander, after leaving the team.

Kanye Clary has filed the action against different parts, including the head coach Mike Rhoades.

Clary was dismissed from the Nittany Lions team in early 2024, after being suspended for the first time.

In the process, Clary claims that his dismissal was due to spoke against other team members, along with a disagreement on a name, image and similarity contract.

Clary says it was the subject of false rumors, which eventually led to depression and deterioration.

Finally, Clary transferred to another team.

Penn State and coach Rhoades demanded the rejection of the trial, claiming that Clary’s statements are “vague and scolding.”
