Authorities called to the crash reported the crash in front of the Topeka church

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at a church in Topeka Friday afternoon.

The Topeka Police Department says the incident happened just before 11:30 a.m. at 817 SW Harrison St., First Presbyterian Church on Friday, Oct. 25.

Authorities say a 79-year-old man suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries when he was struck by a vehicle in a parking lot. The man was taken to hospital for medical treatment.

TPD reports that all parties involved in the incident have been accounted for. No arrests have been made.
