A Martinsburg man is behind bars after being accused of sexually assaulted a child in 2012.

According to the declaration of probable cause, the State Police received an accusation of sexual abuse of children who involved a 16 -year -old victim on February 26.

The teenager told the police that Christopher Eugene Foor, 36 years ago, had oral sex when he was 4 years old.

She told the police that the incident took place once at an apartment in Martinsburg Borough. The teenager also told investigators that she confessed to a colleague, who was also interviewed by the police as part of the investigation.

On March 2, Foor was interviewed by the police at Hollidaysburg Cazarma, where he denied the accusations.

On March 12, Foor returned to the Hollidaysburg Cazarma, where he again showed sample indications in his answers before assuming that he admitted the incident in question. Foor told the police he was following pornography when the victim entered his bedroom. He told the police he was embarrassed by the incident.

The police reported that Foor was arrested in 2008 for involuntary sexual relations, legal sexual aggression and indecent aggression.

In this case, Foor was notified on Thursday morning before the judge of Magisterial District Daniel C. Deantonio about the charges of offenses to sexually interrupt sexually with a child, legal sexual aggression – 11 years older and the corruption of minors, together with an accusation of offense.

Unable to post $ 50,000 bail, he was withdrawn in the prison in Blair County.

His preliminary hearing is established for March 27 in front of the judge of Magisterial District Andrew L. Rongtenberger.
