On September 16, 2024, Combs was arrested outside a hotel in Manhattan, under federal missile, sex and transport charges to engage in prostitution. Combs has twice refused the bail, because Judge Andrew L. Carter has established that there is a “serious risk” of witness manipulation in this case.

The legal team has sought home detention with GPS monitoring. Instead, they were offered to post $ 50 million bail and use the Combs house as a guarantee.

“The government has proven that the defendant is a danger. The bail package is insufficient even on the risk of flight, ”said Carter while denied the second time.

In March 2024, the federal authorities attacked the CompleS houses in Holmby Hills, California and Miami. The reports indicated that the attack was connected to a sex traffic investigation that led to its arrest on Monday later.

The reported raids took place four months after his former girlfriend, the singer R&B Cassie Ventura, accused of sex and abuse. In a multimillionaire process, she claimed that Combs was drugged and forced her to have sex with other men. The pair solved the process one day after its deposit.

However, in May, a video appeared that showed the comb who attacked the Ventura at a hotel in California in 2016. After the video, Combs released a video that expresses remorse for his behavior. This video is mentioned in the criminal charges filed this week against Combs.

Two other accusers presented one week after Ventura’s trial. One of the women claimed that Combs was drugged and raped at Syracuse University in New York in 1991. Combs denied these accusations before a third accuser, Liza Gardner, perceived similar charges against him.

In this case, Gardner claimed the combination and singer Aaron Hall and raped her and a friend following an 1990 Uptown Record event. Gardner said he was 16 years old at the time of the incident. He also accused of suffocating him a day after the attack

Days after filming the 2016 attack, two other women submitted processes against Combs. One of these women was April Lampros, a student from the New York Fashion Institute of Technology, who would have encountered in 1994. Lampros accused of sexually assaulted on four occasions between the mid-1990s.

Lampros claimed that Combs promised that he would guide her and connect it with directors in the fashion industry. Instead, he would have forced it to drink it before raping it in a hotel room. Lampros recalled another instance in which Combs forced it to have oral sex in a parking garage, while a parking companion was following.

Combs was accused of committing or facilitating sexual abuse in at least 30 other processes-including one, submitted in October, which he claims and Jay-Z raped a 13-year-old girl in New York in 2000. The accuser in this case rejected his trial in February.
