A man accused of led to his teenager to sexually assault another teenager was ordered to be tried for multiple charges on a crime.

Wyatt Farrow, 22, from Overland Park, is accused of two aggravated sodomy offenses, two charges of alcohol supply for a minor and a number of offenses to host minors. The charges against Farrow are related to an incident of February 19, 2022, in Lawrence and specifically argue that they have caused two people to engage in sexual acts when they were intoxicated and unable to consent.

Farrow had previously been ordered to be tried for a number of sodomy aggravated in March 2024, after the court heard testimony of the incident of a woman who was 17 at the time of the incident, As reported by the Journal-Lumea.

The woman confessed That, while her memory was confused, she remembered that she was in a bedroom with Farrow’s younger brother, Everett Farrow, who was 17 at that time and kissed, and later feeling “pressure on my chest and thighs” and hearing the buzz of a vibrant toy. She confessed that Wyatt had repeatedly entered the room and whispered things in Everett’s ear, but didn’t know what she was saying.

During the meeting, the prosecutors claimed that Wyatt trained his brother about what to do.

He also played in court at that time a video for the teenager, in which he was in a bathroom, was born in her speech and appeared disoriented, and Wyatt can be heard saying that “no one raped anyone.”

A sexual assault examiner from LMH Health confessed that DNA tampons in the teen’s chest and private areas match a sample collected from Everett.

Everett was also initially accused of aggravated sodomy, and Wyatt’s lawyer, Cooper Overstret, asked the court to strengthen the two cases, so that both brothers would go to trial at the same time. But then, the criminal prosecution rejected the accusations against Everett; claimed he was also a victim; And he charged him on Wyatt with the additional number of sodomy. A new preliminary hearing took place in November 2024, at which the criminal prosecution claimed that Wyatt should be ordered to be tried on the new set of charges.

Hanley said he waited until Thursday to decide it, so he could consider the case law presented by Overstree and so he could examine the transcription of the meeting. Hanley set the date of Wyatt’s trial for September 2.

The father of the brothers, Anthony Steven Farrow, 38, from Lawrence, has already been convicted of the case. He did not plead any competition for a number of illegal hosting offenses that consume alcohol in August 2024. The Lawrence police detective, Evan Curtis, confessed in March 2024 that Wyatt asked Anthony to bring Vodka home so he could get his younger brother.

Wyatt Farrow is currently free on a bond of $ 50,000.
