Gibsonia woman accused of alleged and running in the city of Adams – Butler Eagle

A woman from Gibsonia is experiencing multiple accusations of an alleged incident that took place on February 21 at Breakneck Tavern in Adams Township.

On March 13, the Police in the city of Adams accused Kim Angiulli, 68, with a number of accidents involving death or bodily injury, four leading leadership offenses under influence, four summary charges of stopping and providing help and five accusations.

According to a statement, Adams Township police were called to Breakneck Tavern for a woman who reported that she was hit by a vehicle.

The victim explained that while walking to her vehicle, she saw a vehicle back from a parking place and returned directly to a Toyota Sequoia.

According to the statement, after the victim went to take a picture of Angiulli’s registration plate, Angiulli held the car in it and hit the knee. The victim claimed that Angiulli hit the gas and knew what he was doing.

A police officer of Adams led to Angiulli’s residence, where he explained that while he was at Breakneck Tavern, someone tried to extort for money.

The police say that Angiulli refused a preliminary test of breathing and sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for the suspicion under influence. The statement states that Angiulli provided two breathing samples that returned a legal blood alcohol content of .08 to 10:34 pm that evening.

A preliminary hearing in front of district judge Amy Marcinkiewicz is scheduled for April 2 at 10 in the morning
