A teacher was closed after taking care of and sexually abused by a teenager, then falsify that he had raped her.

Judith Evans, 33 years old, has been sentenced to two years in prison for a number of sexual crimes against the student and will be placed in the register of life offenders.

Judge Patricia Smyth, who closed Evans on Friday at Belfast Crown Court, said almost 10,000 text messages were changed between teacher and student.

She said that the mother of the two was based on “the attraction of the boy’s teenagers towards her.”

The court heard that when the police arrested it, Evans lied and said that the school threatened it and raped it.

Evans, from Elmwood Grove in Newtownabbey, initially denied the accusations against it, but later acknowledged in sexual communication with a child, meeting a child after sexual care, sexual activity with a child involving penetration and holding indecent images of the school.

The crimes were committed between March 1 and May 17, 2024.

Following the conviction, the chief inspector of the detective PSNi, Jill Duffie, said: “Evans is a cold predator, which calculates the child, who was in a position of confidence and abused this position, taking advantage of a young boy who was her student at that time.

“She preyed on her vulnerabilities and built an inappropriate friendship with the boy before taking care and exploiting her sexually.

“The messages exchanged between her and her minor student were extremely sexual and nothing less.

Judge Smyth told the court that the child is particularly vulnerable due to family circumstances.

She gave her the E -mail address and mobile phone number before starting to send messages.

The judge said: “From an early stage (messages) contained inappropriate sexual suggestions.”

She told the court that during the Easter holidays, last year, she began to send sexual photos to the boy.

She added: “In a few weeks, the defendant invoked the victim to meet her.

“The defendant met the victim on two occasions outside the school where a sexual activity took place.”

Speaking outside the court, the chief inspector of the PSNi detective, Jill Duffie, said that Evans is a “cold, child’s computer”

She said that with a third occasion

The judge said that there are references in text exchanges at sexual contact at school, but said this was not proven.

The court has heard that Evans regularly called the victim’s mother to discuss his behavior and said he wants to keep him after the course for review.

The judge added: “The mother remembered that her son was returning home, showing disgusted on an occasion, with a tie and the shirt buttons opened after seemingly remained for review.”

After the school friend found a text message on his phone, he admitted that he had cheated on it and said he wanted to run and kill himself because he knew the police would be involved.

The court said that his father took him to the hospital, where he revealed sexual activity with his teacher.

Besides the fact that he claimed that the boy raped it and threatened it, she also claimed that her father was connected to the Northern Ireland’s paramilitary group, Ulster Defense Association.

The judge said, “Each aspect of this account was false.”

She added: “There is no question that the behavior of the defendant and the consequences of discovering these crimes had a profound effect on this young victim and his family.”

It will be disqualified to work with children.

The judge said he accepted that Evans suffers from suffering because of offense.

Speaking outside the court, Di Duffie said that the boy suffered a lot with mental health struggles and “showed a huge courage” to bring Evans to justice.

She added: “There is still a social stigma that surrounds the masculine victims of abuse, especially that of a sexual nature.

“I hope the result of today’s court will show that young boys are just as vulnerable and that there is no shame for them to wear.

“The suffering in silence is never the answer, abuse is never the victim’s fault.

“We will continue to work in the clock to bring children before the courts and we will encourage anyone could have been abused in a similar way. The passage of time does not matter.

“The abuse of children cannot continue in the Northern Ireland, we will do everything in our power to stop the predators in their footsteps and to obtain the victims of justice they deserve.

“If there are young people who have been targeted and abused in a similar way, please introduce us. We will help you and support you.
