Hundreds of people are believed to have fallen victim of an alleged scam that is believed to have made tens of millions of pounds for criminals. And a first suspect for the complex scheme was arrested at Manchester airport.

In August, SA arrested a man whom I call a “key suspect” at Manchester airport And he also looked for the home address, to carry out four arrests of suspect accomplices and to carry out three raids of property in England in the next month.

SH was assisted by the National Crime Agency, Greater Manchester police and Hertfordshire Constabulary in these operations.

In a double deception, which have purchased these services it is believed to have been contacted again and pressed to pay another fee in advance to recover their money based on the fact that it was fraudulent.

Many of the victims are understood to be older and pensioners who have invested in time schemes in places such as Tenerife, Lanzarote and the Spanish continent.

SH asks anyone contacted by these companies to share information through its questionnaire on its web site.

The Companies has: AML Executive Contracts LTD, ASA Partnership LTD, DW Contract Consulting LTD, DW Law Consultance LTD, ERS Europe LTD, Harwood Advisory Group Ltd, Huntland Rock Associates LTD (Hunter Rock Associates), Metal Group Ltd, Milton Chadwick Ltd, The Nobel Group of Companies (Including But Not Limited To Nobel Acquisition and Investment Group and Nobel Business Services Ltd), Park Square Associates Ltd, Rockland Associates Ltd, Silversatream Management Group Ltd, Sonata Trading Ltd, Termination Services Ltd, Bi Doc Uk LTD, such as Business Doctor, Timeshare Legals LTD, TSL Europe LTD and Venture Compliance Ltd.

Emma Luxton, said the director of SH operations Manchester Evening News: “We became aware of a crime in which a time exit scheme was gradually sold by cold calls.

“He asks people, practically, if he would like to buy a service that would let them get a time sharing scheme if they were tied in it.

“This was held in a very widespread manner of 2018. We have hundreds of victims and witnesses that we are trying to contact.

“Once they sold the output schemes, the victims called back, under the pretext of another company, trying to sell another time exit scheme, saying that the first was fraudulent, so some of the poor victims who fell for the first scheme have fallen for the second.

“The arrest I drove in August was one of our suspects who was at Manchester airport trying to climb into a flight.

“We then performed four additional interviews of the suspects in September, doing three raids and acquiring a lot of information for our investigation. Now we work through this attempt to divide it all.

“We know that there have been at least 19 companies established to organize this fraud and we know that some of those involved are part of organized criminal groups. So, very experienced and very well connected fraud.”

SH is now looking for more victims while preparing a case against the suspects. “We do not know exactly how many victims exist, but we know it is in hundreds in the UK,” said Mrs. Luxton. She added that the amount made by the scam “could be in tens of millions”.

“If the victims recognize the facts and the Mo of these fraudsters and have purchased a time exit scheme, they can go to our website and check if one of the 19 companies has contacted them. Our challenge is to find out how much it was an authentic business and how much it was fraudulent, possibly from the beginning, especially where we see the same people involved in these schemes again and again.

“The great thing for us with this special investigation is that we disturbed it when we have done these arrests. We think it has stopped, but there is a risk that it can reappear in another claim, but we keep the tabs close and we will accelerate our investigation.

“We are very eager to support witnesses and to appreciate that it is not easy to present themselves. We ask them to cling to any documentation. We will treat what we tell us with confidentiality. We have a strong witness support and to keep them in connection with this case. We help them if they have to give evidence in court.”

She added that, financially, some victims were “very stupid”. “We want to get as many victims as possible.

She added that the investigations would continue abroad, if necessary, and SH would seek to obtain compensation for the victims by her confiscation power after the conviction. “We are eager to recover the assets. Anything we find fraudulent have spent their earnings.

In April last year, one of the 19 companies, Timeshare Legals Limited was closed after the insolvency service investigations.

The insolvency service stated in a statement that they “convinced customers to pay taxes in advance of 5,000 pounds, based on false insurance about how powerful their statements were” adding “many of the claims eventually proved to be valid, despite what the company’s representatives said during the process.”

The investigations conducted by the Insolvency Service also revealed the transfer of funds for customers to a company in Spain of the same name, Timeshare Legals SL and the same director, creating a lack of transparency.

The business was established in October 2018 for people who want to cease or request wrong time sold, mainly in Tenerife.

The insolvency service said: “Customers were charged in advance, plus a percentage of any recovery. However, many of the statements in which fees were taken in advance have never had realistic chances of being successful and were evaluated without adequate involvement from lawyers.”

The time legal legals were concluded at the High Court in London on Tuesday, April 16th. Mark George, chief investigator at the Insolvency Service, said: “The time legal legals have cheated hundreds of people who wanted to go out or request timely sold agreements to pay in advance for what were ultimately unnecessary.

“Their obvious deficiencies in keeping the records and not complying with the funds of the appointed lawyers have clearly prevented progress and damaged the customer prospects to ever recover money.

“The company offered a very limited cooperation with our investigation, failing to produce any commercial or financial registration, which determined the investigators not to establish the legitimacy or reasons for the transfer of over 900,000 pounds to unknown accounts.

The dedicated customers from the insolvency service were convinced to pay an advanced tax to the time legally based on the insurance regarding the power of their case that took place without any legal review.

A significant number of the 440 general applicants in reality did not have potential sharing receivables, but the fee in advance was charged before the completion of any evaluation.

Many of the cases did not have competence in Spain, related to the canceled or renunciated contracts that could not be litigated or there were cases in progress with another company.

In some cases, in which the Spanish lawyers working with the time legal laws were able to obtain the necessary information for a request, the legal taxes were not paid by the company, which led to the issuance of cases.

Some customers were told about the legal legal ones that their statements were progressed, even if the lawyers did not act, because the time sharing agreement was not regulated by the Spanish law.

The cold appeal techniques were also used by the company, with other evidence indicating that customers were encouraged to give up the 14 -day cooling period after signed a contract with time legal ones, so that the work on request could start immediately.

The investigations regarding the insolvency services could not identify where the funds of over 3.75 million pounds that went through the company’s bank accounts were due to the lack of trading and financial records.

It is known that a number of 244 claims are in progress at the end of 2023, of which 41 were with a Spanish law firm, and the rest with two other debt management companies. The company has no presence at its registered office in northern London and is uncontrolled by customers requesting an update of their request.
