The worried villagers knocked on their door, but after they did not receive any answer, they opened it, just to find the corpses inside. While the children were found lying in the room, the Ansari health was discovered, raising the suspicions of a case of murder.

The deceased were identified as the Sanaul Ansari (36 years) and its three children – Afreen Parveen (12), Zaiba Naz (8) and Safaul Ansari (6).

Police superintendent (SP) Bimal Kumar confirmed the deaths and said a probe was initiated to determine the exact cause of the incident. “The preliminary investigation suggests that the Sanaul Ansari has gathered the three children before leading their own lives. However, a conclusive statement can only be made after a thorough investigation,” he said.

The authorities sent a forensic team to examine the scene, and the bodies were sent for autopsy to Sadar Hospital. A wire is still registered while officials are waiting for additional findings.

The reason behind the incident remains unclear, and investigators analyze various angles, including financial suffering and personal disputes.

The villagers informed that the Ansari health was a profession mason, and at the time of the incident, his wife was at the parental home. The tragic loss has left the community in a state of shock, as they are waiting for additional updates from the ongoing police investigation.
