A man suffered severe facial burns after being “burned” in a shocking fire in Times Square in New York on Sunday morning.
According to the New York Post, the police responded to the reports of a man in flames at W. 41st Street and the seventh Avenue around 3.57 AM, on March 16, where they found the 45 -year -old victim.
Emergency medical services transported the victim to The New York Cornell presbyterianwhere the medical staff confirmed his condition as stable.
The videos that circulate online from the scene surprised the consequences of the attack on the 45-year-old victim, showing them covered by Burns, while being placed in an ambulance after the flames were extinguished.

Filming also showed several emergency staff on the spot, while the victim, without a shirt and wrapped in a blue blanket, sits on the sidewalk. The video has continued to capture the police talking to a woman who is believed to be associated with the victim.
Officials confirmed that the man was set on fire, but did not identify the attacker. The police did not determine whether it was a targeted attack or a random act.
According to Amnewyork, the reports indicate that before the incident, a person unknown in blue clothing threw the victim with a flammable substance before establishing it, while the reason remains unknown.
The investigation continues, without making arrests so far.
