Man accused of attacked the victim, claiming to be called “gay” outside the Miami-Dade market

Miami-Dade County, Fla. -A man was arrested on Friday, after the police said he had attacked another person after he was supposed to have been called “gay” outside a Miami-Dade convention store.

Deputies with the Miami-Dade sheriff’s office said they responded to a battery call at Dolphin Food Market, located at 2352 NW 46th St., where they found the victim with a cut near the left eye.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said the doctors transported him to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he received seams.

According to the victim, the altercation began after leaving the Mart food and noticed a man, whom deputies identified in an arrest report on Monday, as Alfredo Angel Baez, 31, following him.

The victim said after he felt “uncomfortable”, changed words with Baez before the suspect suddenly attacks him, an arrest report said.

After the rights of Miranda, Baez, who is listed as a shelter in his arrest report, told investigators that the victim “constantly antagonized and caused him to call him homosexual,” the deputies wrote.

Baez also claimed that the victim spit before the altercation became physical, the authorities said.

He also made a type of confession that was drafted in the publicly published report.

The prison records show that Baez is experiencing a number of aggravated batteries, with a great body.

Since Monday, he has been detained on a $ 7,500 bond at Turner Guilford Knight correction center.
