Israel planned to resume the war Gaza under the head of the new army: the far -right minister

JERUSALEM

Israel has planned the resumption of his war on the Gaza Strip, since Eyal Zamir has taken over the position of army personnel, said the Minister of Extreme Right Finance, Bezalel Smotrich.

“As I promised, IDF (the army) returned to the action with a strong attack on Gaza, in order to destroy the Hamas, to return all the hostages and to eliminate the threat presented by the Gaza strip to the Israeli citizens,” Smotrich told his account X.

The Israeli army beat the Gaza strip on Tuesday, killing over 326 people and hurting hundreds, violating a fire termination agreement that entered into force on January 19th.

The images that left Gaza showed that most victims were civilians, including women and children, whose houses were bombed during the night.

Smotrich said that Israeli attacks have been a “gradual process that I have built and planned in the last few weeks since the new head of staff has taken over”, which will “look completely different from what has been done so far.”

Zamir took over as the new head of the army at the beginning of March, succeeding Hervi Halevi, who led the army during the genocide war of Israel on the October 2023.

On Monday, the Israeli Kan’s public broadcaster said that Zamir has approved military plans to resume the war against Gaza, including the intensification of air strikes, the extension of the soil operations, as well as the Northern Gaza vacation of its people.

Over 48,500 Palestinians were largely killed women and children, and over 112,000 other injured in an Israeli brutal military campaign in October 2023.

The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants in November last year for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former defense minister, Yoav Gallant, for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

Israel also faces a case of genocide at the International Court of Justice for his war on the enclave.
