The Spokane Valley and Swat’s investigation unit serve a suspect theft/theft search warrant; Others arrested on active mandates Local

Spokane – Spokane Valley (SVIU) investigation detectives served a search warrant, with the assistance of the Swat team, at a residence in block 600 in S. Farr Road, as part of a crime investigation of the property. Several people inside the house were safely detained, including the two suspects who are believed to have plundered a storage unit in which more than $ 4,000 were stolen. Five additional people were arrested on active mandates, but unrelated.

On March 23, 2025, Spokane Valley deputies were called to Block 11500 in E. Indiana Avenue for a reported burglary. The victim reported that the suspects entered a storage unit and stole a large amount of property, estimated at over $ 4,000.

The Sviu detectives continued the investigation, identifying Shaun W. Bower, 39, and Jasmine L. Highley, 39, as suspects. They located Chevrolet Tahoe and the blue trailer, which are believed to be used during theft at a residence in block 600 in S. Farr Road.

Through the investigation, the Sviu detectives have established a probable cause for the arrest of Bower and Highley and obtained a search warrant for residence, property and vehicles.

On March 27, 2025, at about 6:45 am, the Swat team served the search mandate and safety more people, including Bower and Highley. Bower and Highley were arrested, in addition to five of the detained persons, which were found to have active and unrelated mandates for their arrest. The other detainees were released without charges.

Sviu detectives have confiscated properties that are believed to be stolen and collected evidence of suspected criminal activities.

This remains an active investigation and additional charges/arrests are possible.

The following IDVIDUAL IDVIDUI have been reserved in prison in Spokane County:

Shaun W. Bower (39 years old) was charged with grade 2, grade 2 and wrong grade 3.

Jasmine L. Highley (39 years old) was charged with grade 2 burglary, grade 2 theft and bad wicked grade 3.

Megan A. Halstead (34 years old) for holding the crime of stolen 2 grade and identity theft.

Anthony R. Blackburn (33 years old) for a crime of the Washington State Corrections Department, escapes the Community’s Custody Mandate.

Adam R. Hall (34 years old) for a Dui of crime and driving without a valid license license.

Tanya N. France (40 years) for holding the crime of a controlled substance (2 accusations), obstruction and making false statements to mandates for the law.

Louie T. Moses (44 years old) for a mandate of 3 years of crime.
