Garmin launches Garmin Connect+ for improved health and fitness information

Olathe (DPA-AFX) -Garmin Ltd. (GRMN) introduced Garmin Connect+on Thursday, a premium subscription plan at the Garmin Connect application, providing information powered by AI, expert training, extended liverack features and exclusive challenges. All the features existing in Garmin Connect remain free.

Garmin Connect+ offers a number of premium features designed to improve the user’s experience. The active intelligence powered by AI provides personalized information based on health and activity data, adapting continuously over time.

The performance board panel allows users to follow their training progress through customizable diagrams. Following the live activity allows real -time monitoring of heart rate, rhythm and training data on a connected smartphone.

For those who follow the Garmin running and cycling plans, training guidance offers expert coach content. The extended LiveTrack function allows users to share activity updates with selected contacts, while social features include unique profile frames and badge challenges to stimulate motivation.
