Windsor man is experiencing charges of offense after motorcycles in Pennsylvania

Windsor-a man Windsor is facing several charges, including the possession of the crime weapons, after leaving the sheriff’s deputies on a high-speed motorcycle chase from Windsor to Pennsylvania and back on March 29.

Kirk K. Wayman, 25 years old, was arrested after his motorcycle became disabled after the pursuit that started around 7:21 pm, when the deputies noticed two motorcycles without the registration plates traveling on Main Street.

According to the Broome County Sheriff’s office, when the deputies tried to initiate a traffic stop, the motorcycles ran at high speeds.

The deputies watched a motorcycle through several roads in Windsor and Hallstead, Pennsylvania, before the rider was heading north on New York Avenue/Route 7.

The pursuit continued through the cities of Kirkwood and Windsor, where the authorities say that the motorcyclist drove recklessly, passing in the traffic that follows and almost hitting another vehicle.

After returning to the village of Windsor and traveled to the north on route 79, the Wayman motorcycle became disabled, allowing deputies to be arrested.

The deputies discovered a switching knife on Wayman during the arrest.

Wayman is facing accusations, including the third -degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D crime; In the third degree illegal rank running by a police officer, a class A crime; Reckless second character, a class A crime; criminal possession of the fourth degree of a weapon, a class A crime; and 20 traffic violations.

Following the processing at the Broome County Sheriff’s office, Wayman was notified of the central referral and issued a return tickets in the city of Windsor Court.
