NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Two people have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a jewelry store that happened earlier this week, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Dubai Jewelry on Nolensville Pike was robbed of $1.7 million in jewelry, including items such as a $95,000 belt and a $190,000 gold bar.
MNPD said Orlando Valdes Hernandez, 34, and Milleni Garcia, 38, were arrested by officers from the Miami Beach Police Department in Florida.
Police recovered jewelry, cash and a wig, MNPD said.
