Canopy Health Innovations Inc. and Canopy Animal Health Inc. (together with Canopy Health Innovations Inc., collectively “Canopy Health”, “we” or “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy details the steps we will endeavour to take to protect your personal data (the “Personal Data”) when you visit the website(s) of Canopy Health Innovations Inc. and/or Canopy Animal Health Inc. (collectively, the “Website”). This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or web property (including, without limitation, any application) that is available through the Website or to which the Website contains a link.

8. Update on this Privacy Policy

Canopy Health may from time to time update this Privacy Policy. When this Privacy Policy is updated, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you that this has occurred, such as by revising the “last updated” date at the top and bottom of the webpage on which this Privacy Policy is posted.
