Princeton man accused of distributing porn for children

He was a Princeton man accused of possession and loading Explicit sexual material of a child on the Internet, said Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office on Saturday.

24-year-old Oliver Diaz Pulex was accused of distribution of second grade and holding a third degree of child pornography, after the authorities stated that he had loaded a child’s sexual sex article, officials said in a press release.

The prosecutor’s Internet unit against the children launched the investigation after the National Center for missing and operated children provided information about a local person who loads an explicit sexual article on an Internet, officials said.

An investigation has identified PULEX as the main suspect and a search for PULEX’s residence on Witherspoon Street on Friday led to the confiscation of “multiple probative articles”, officials said.

PULEX was arrested and transported to the Mercer County Correction Center, where he was released on Saturday, after his initial appearance before the future data of the next court, officials said.

The investigation into the incident is in progress and anyone who has information is asked to contact the special unit for victims within the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office.

A lawyer for PULEX could not be contacted immediately for comments on Sunday.
