One of these cases was deposited for the death of Monir Hossain, 28, who was shot in the Bhathar area of ​​Bhatara in Dhaka, on July 19, last year, during the quota reform protests, which later intensified in a mass revolt.

After the fall of the government of the Awami League, Monir’s brother, Parvej Foraiz, filed a murder file at a court in Dhaka on September 29, accusing the prime minister eliminated Hesina and another 25. The court guided the Police section of Bhata to register it as a wire. .

However, on October 24, Fahad Badsha, who claimed to be Monir’s cousin, filed another court file against 218 people, including Hasina. The Court again guided the Bhata Police to register.

Parvej told Daily Star: “We don’t know anyone named Fahad Badsha. I have no cousin with this name. “

Mahmud Hasan Joy, 14, died on August 6 last year, one day after being shot near the Shanir Akhra Bridge. On September 5, his neighbor, Julhas Sheikh, filed a murder file against 94 people, including Hasina, at the Police Section.

Five days later, a 34 -year -old person, named Rabiul Awal, filed another file against 37 people at the Jatrabari Police Section for killing Mahmud.

The descriptions of the incident varied in cases. While Julhas said the Mahmud was shot at Bashpatti, Rabiul mentioned Shanir Akhra as a scene.

On August 4 last year, the BNP activist, the 39 -year -old Talukder riazul, was shot at the Jatrabari intersection and later died at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

His younger brother Rubel Tlukder filed a murder file on September 10 against 135 people, including Hasina, at the Jatrabari Police Section.

On October 2, a man named Billal Hossain who claims to be Riaz’s business partner submitted another file to the court against 52 people, including Hasina, for Riazul’s death. Shahbagh police recorded it as a thread on October 26th.

In the case statement, he said that the Riazul was shot in the Tapkhana Road area.

Talking to Daily Star, Billal said he had filed the case because the riaz was his uncle’s son.

Fatema-Tuz-Zahura filed a file on September 11 last year against Hasina and another 14 for killing Abdullah bin Zahid, a student at Shaheed Ramiz Uddin Cantonment College, on August 5.

Earlier, on August 23, another case of murder was submitted to a court, accusing 33 people, including Hasina, by a person named Mohammad Zakiullah Bahar, for Abdullah’s death. The court has guided the airport police station to record wire.
