The suspect of high -car theft is facing 12 new charges of crime

Prosecutors filed 12 new charges against Branson Albert, a man accused of targeting travelers on the parking garage of the Seattle-Tacoma airport.

It seems that the thefts took place after Albert was released from prison under similar charges.

Albert is accused of entering cars and stole them as their owners were gone. The prosecutor described the new accusations as part of a model of behavior.

“It is incredibly frustrating to happen again again,” said Casey Mcnerthney, a prosecutor’s spokesman.

The judicial registrations indicate that Albert has had 33 mandates in the last decade and is facing at least six cases of crime. His most recent arrest involved the police police at him while arrested him in a stolen car from the airport. Despite this fact, Albert was released from his own recognition after an appearance in court in November.

Within weeks of his release, the police reported that Albert was again at the airport, with at least six victims whose cars were stolen or broken.

“Even while he has a mandate for his arrest for the same exact crime, he is at the airport there again, stealing people’s cars and entering cars,” McNerthney said. “What options prosecutors have if this cycle continues to go?”

Prosecutors intend to continue to return to court to demonstrate Albert’s behavior model and argue a big bail. “When you have this violation of judicial orders, it is frustrating for everyone,” added McNerthney.
